Natera Inc. Names Herman Rosenman CFO

Natera Inc., prenatal genetic testing firm, appointed of Herman Rosenman to the position of chief financial officer. Rosenman has served as a member of the company’s board of directors since 2013 and brings more than 30 years of public company operating and financial experience to Natera. He will join the company on Feb. 10, 2014. Rosenman was most recently the senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Gen-Probe Inc.
