Nancy G. Ross Joins Mayer Brown As Partner

Mayer Brown has announced today that Nancy G. Ross has joined the firm in Chicago as a partner in the Employment & ERISA Litigation practice. She was previously a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Ross focuses her practice primarily on employee benefits class action litigation and counseling under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). She has extensive experience in counseling and representing employers, boards of directors, plan fiduciaries and trustees in matters concerning pension and welfare benefit plans.
