Too Much Data, Too Little Support

Like their private sector counterparts, federal agencies are wrestling with the challenges of e-discovery, and in some respects they are not faring as well, according to a survey conducted by Deloitte. Government agencies, for example, are only half as likely as organizations in the private sector to utilize predictive coding. Among other findings: Only one in four respondents believed they had adequate technical support when dealing with opposing counsel, whereas in the previous year’s survey more than half thought they had enough support.
