Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo Adds Paul Abbott

Paul Abbott, former General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable, has returned to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as Of Counsel, concentrating on matters affecting cable and broadband providers. Abbott worked at Mintz Levin from 2001 to 2011 in the Communications and Litigation Sections before undertaking the role of General Counsel of the Department of Telecommunications and Cable, which oversees all telecommunications and cable business in the Commonwealth. Abbott began his legal career as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Norman H. Stahl on the United States Court of Appeals and as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.
