Merchant & Gould Nab Lee Goldberg, Benjamin Graf From Goldberg Cohen LLC

Merchant & Gould has added Lee Goldberg joins as partner to its New York office, and Benjamin Graf will also join as an associate. Both attorneys come from the firm Goldberg Cohen LLC. Goldberg has over 24 years of experience litigating intellectual property matters, serving as lead counsel in utility and design patent, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, false advertising and copyright litigations. Prior to joining Merchant & Gould, Goldberg co-founded the full service intellectual property law firm Goldberg Cohen LLP. For the past five years, Goldberg has served as lead trial counsel, successfully representing one of the world’s leading baby product companies in all intellectual property matters. Before joining Merchant & Gould, Graf worked as an associate for Goldberg Cohen Law Firm, where he participated in all aspects of intellectual property practice, including both prosecution and litigation.
