McCormick & Company, Incorporated Names Jeffrey D. Schwartz GC

McCormick & Company, Incorporated has appointed Jeffery D. Schwartz to the role of Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Schwartz joined McCormick in 2008 and became Associate General Counsel in 2011. Prior to McCormick, he worked in private practice for the law firms of Jones Day and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld.
