MC10 Hires Former Broadcom Exec, Scott Pomerantz, As CEO

MC10 has hired former Broadcom executive, Scott Pomerantz as its new Chief Executive Officer and President. Pomerantz joins MC10 from a successful 7-year career with Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Connectivity, Broadcom’s largest business. Prior to Broadcom, he co-founded Global Locate, a GPS company where he served as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board before it was sold to Broadcom in 2007. He holds an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rochester. Pomerantz is a member of the Board of Advisors at the Hajim School of Engineering at the University.
