Mario Cernadas Named COO Of Roy's Restaurant

Roy’s Restaurant announced today the addition of Mario Cernadas as chief operating officer. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Cernadas will oversee daily operations of Roy’s Restaurant. Previously, Cernadas served as chief operating officer at RMH Franchise Holdings, the second largest Applebee’s franchise.
