The “Contact Us” link on most law firm websites is a wasted opportunity, writes Erika Ritzer from Greenfield/Belser. It’s often buried at the bottom, with minimal information. This post shows a number of real-llfe examples from professional services firms that have used the feature not only to make it clear how to reach them, but as a way to convey a message that makes it more likely the reader will actually want to reach them.
