Lubbock Power & Light GC Todd Kimbrough Resigns

Attorney Todd Kimbrough has resigned from his position as GC with Lubbock Power & Light to become a partner at a national law firm. Kimbrough was hired in September 2013, when the utility’s former counsel, Matt Wade, resigned after more than 13 years with the city.
