Lori Schechter Steps In As GC For McKesson Corp.

McKesson Corp. has named Lori Schechter as its new general counsel, chief compliance officer and executive vice president. She formerly was associate general counsel. She takes over from long-time general counsel Laureen Seeger, who is leaving at month-end to become general counsel and executive vice president at American Express Co.
