Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust Names Sarah E. Paul GC

The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust today announced that Sarah E. Paul will join the Trust as its new general counsel. Paul comes to Helmsley from the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she had been Of Counsel and Deputy Head of the Exempt Organizations Practice. Prior to joining Skadden in 2008, she was a partner at several large law firms. Earlier in her career, she served as Deputy Counsel at the New York Public Library. She has authored multiple publications and has served on various nonprofit boards and legal industry committees. Sarah graduated Harvard summa cum laude and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
