Lawyers for NBC were part of the bureaucratic roadjam that delayed the release of the network’s video on which Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is heard saying vulgar comments about sexually assaulting women. While NBC’s legal team was mulling whether Trump could sue an anonymous source leaked the video to the Washington Post, and NBC became the second news outlet to carry it.
