Lawyer Who Recorded Anti-Trump Vandal To Keep Law Job, For Now

Philadelphia’s mayor is considering what to do, after city solicitor Duncan Lloyd was caught on surveillance video recording someone spray-painting an obscene anti-Trump message on the side of a produce store. Lloyd, who was walking past wearing a blazer and ascot and drinking a glass of wine, used his cell phone to record the vandalism. The graffiti spelled out, “F— Trump.” The damage is estimated between $3,000 and $10,000. “It’s still working out,” Mayor Jim Kenney told the Philadelphia Inquirer. “It’s certainly hateful and inappropriate and unacceptable … but people are human beings and they make mistakes and it’s a dumb mistake.” Lloyd makes $63,207 a year working in the city’s labor and employment unit.
