Lawyer Representing CA Arrested For Resisting Bailiff

During a recess in a San Luis Obispo, Calif. courtroom, a lawyer representing the State in a wrongful termination suit was arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Jennie Kelly, a California Deputy AG, resisted a bailiff who stepped in when she got into a shouting match with the opposing attorney. The trial later resumed with both lawyers present.
