Lawyer Gets Two Years For Stealing From Disabled Client

A Seattle lawyer will serve two years in prison for stealing money from a disabled client. Edward Joseph Callow lied to his client, telling her an accident insurance settlement was for $250,000,and then took a chunk of the actual $500,000 settlement for himself. He has since been disbarred, and has pled guilty two five felony charges, including theft and money laundering.
