Law School Students Step In To Fight App Patent Trolls

Small app developers and other entrepreneurs threatened by patent troll litigation have a new force in their corner. It’s the Law School Patent Troll Defense Network, an effort that pairs the App Developers Alliance with several law school clinics across the country to provide legal defense. Clinics at Chicago’s John Marshall Law School, New York University’s law school, and the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic are among those in the consortium.
