Law Review Journals ‘In The Hands of Incompetents’

Arguments over the student-led structure of law review journals are nothing new, but recent surveys show the article selection process is biased and the Supreme Court is citing review articles less and less. Legal professionals have suggested giving student editors more training and implementing a peer review system, and they say blind screening should be used to be sure the most relevant articles are chosen.
