Law Firms Spying On Lawyers

Law firms have been low-hanging fruit for hackers and spammers, at least in comparison to the corporations that are their major clients, according to this post from Michael Allen at Lateral Link. Most major law firms have been hit by at least one data breach. Now many are tightening the ship in so as far as data security is concerned, one result being that law firm attorney emails may be considered fair game for inspection. With that in mind, the author has some advice for attorneys who may be contemplating a lateral move.
