Kristin M. Coleman To Sears As GC

Sears Holdings has named Kristin M. Coleman as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Coleman most recently served as Brunswick Corporation’s vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to Brunswick, Coleman served as a vice president and associate general counsel at Mead Johnson Nutrition Company and as an attorney with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.
