Kobre & Kim Adds Randall Arthur As Partner In Hong Kong Office

Kobre & Kim has appointed Randall Arthur as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Randall has been practicing in Hong Kong for much of his career, focusing on insolvency and debtor-creditor matters, fraud and asset tracing, international judgment enforcement, and commercial litigation, including financial products and services, and joint venture, partnership and shareholder disputes. Randall joins Kobre & Kim from a specialist Hong Kong litigation firm where he acted on a variety of corporate and commercial disputes, as well as contentious insolvency matters. Also joining the firm’s Hong Kong office is Gabrielle Liu, who will focus on debtor-creditor disputes and government enforcement defense. Gabrielle previously worked at Mayer Brown JSM.
