Keolis North America Names Susan Herlick GC

Keolis North America has named Susan Herlick as its general counsel. Herlick joins Keolis from Orbital Sciences Corporation, where she had served as its general counsel and corporate secretary. Her responsibilities included advising the company’s corporate staff and operating groups on diverse legal matters, with an emphasis on corporate law and business transactions involving commercial and government entities. Earlier in her career, she was a lawyer in the Washington D.C. offices of Hogan Lovells.
