Kathleen Smalley Joins Locke Lord As Partner In Los Angeles

Kathleen Smalley has joined Locke Lord as a Partner in Los Angeles. She will be part of the Firm’s Finance, Banking and Real Estate Department and its Real Estate Practice Group. Smalley’s practice includes sophisticated real estate transactions and disputes, complex corporate transactions and corporate and family business governance. Before joining Locke Lord, Smalley was a partner at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP; spent 12 years in the Trammell Crow organization, including service as the General Counsel of Trammell Crow Company and as General Counsel of Crow Holdings; and served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations of Catellus Development Corporation.
