Katherine Goldstein Leaves U.S. Attorney’s Office For Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP is pleased to announce that Katherine Goldstein, who will be stepping down at the beginning of the new year as Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force at the United States Attorney’s Office, will be joining the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department. Goldstein joined the US Attorney’s Office in 2004, where she prosecuted a wide range of securities fraud cases, among others, and was promoted to Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in 2015 after serving as Deputy Chief for one year, and before that Co-Chief of the General Crimes Unit for two years.
