Judge Rejects NFL Concussion Settlement As Insufficient

Preliminary approval of a proposed $765 million settlement between the NFL and retired players over insufficient protections for head injuries has been rejected by a federal judge, who asked for more financial analysis. U.S. District Judge Anita B. Brody said she is concerned that he proposed settlement money is insufficient to cover damages for a potential 20,000 retired players.
