Judge Issues Twitter Sentence

Pineda has said he will appeal the ruling, tweeting: “Celebrating a judicial victory with a sentence that can be appealed is like celebrating a wedding during the engagement,” said Pineda, who vowed he would “never” carry the sentence out.
