Judge Indicted For Illegal Gun Sales

A Texas judge has been indicted for illegally selling guns and making false statements relating to gun purchases. This week, less than two weeks after a raid on his home, a Williamson County Court-at-Law Judge was indicted on nine counts, including selling weapons to someone he knew or had reasonable cause to believe was a convicted felon, aided and abetting smuggling guns outside the U.S., and making false statements to government agents.
