JPMorgan’s Compliance Officer Out After One Year On The Job

Chief Compliance Officer for JPMorgan Chase & Co., Cindy Armine, will leave the company after just one year on the job. Lou Rauchenberger, the chief administrative officer of the corporate and investment bank, was named as interim replacement, according to a staff memo obtained by Bloomberg News.
