John R. Walter Named GC Of CVR Energy, Inc.

CVR Energy, Inc. announced that John R. Walter will become the company’s senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective immediately. He replaces Edmund S. Gross, who retired on Dec. 31, 2014. Walter joined CVR Energy in 2008 as associate general counsel and later served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary.
