Jillian B. Berman Joins Levine Lee LLP As Partner

Jillian B. Berman, nine-year veteran of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, has joined Levine Lee LLP as a partner. Berman served for nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney, directing investigations and trying a variety of cases and argued a number of appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Berman also served as a member of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force, investigating and prosecuting a broad range of federal securities and commodities fraud offenses, and coordinated parallel civil enforcement proceedings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and other regulatory agencies.
