Jesse T. Cuevas To Ropes & Gray As Counsel

Jesse T. Cuevas has joined Ropes & Gray as counsel in the securities & public companies practice, resident in the San Francisco office. Cuevas joins Ropes & Gray from Shearman & Sterling in San Francisco, where he focused on a variety of high-profile capital markets offerings in California and New York. He was previously an investment banking associate at Lazard, and began his career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he worked on capital markets and public M&A transactions.
