Jeff Braun To GC At Allegion

Jeff Braun, currently deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer for Allegion, has been promoted to general counsel, replacing Barbara Santoro. Prior to working for Allegion, Braun joined Ingersoll Rand in September 2013 as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer, and continued in those roles after Allegion became an independent company in December 2013. Previously, Braun served as the general counsel for General Motors China. He also formerly held a variety of legal leadership roles at General Motors, including as the executive director of global ethics and compliance.
