AOptix has appointed Jan Kang as Vice President and General Counsel. Most recently Kang was Vice President and General Counsel & Secretary at Cupertino Electric. She has also held key legal positions at companies such as Asera, Prism Solutions and Lam Research, and provided legal counsel to XenSource.
