ISS Beefs up its Governance Analytics

A governance scorecard that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) provides for its institutional clients will now include information from selected third party providers. The ISS  ProxyExchange™ platform will now include, for example, compensation pay-and-performance analysis from Farient Information Services. “ISS believes in transparency and openness, and our clients appreciate the access to other points of view,” said ISS President Gary Retelny.
