Inga Beale To Be First Female CEO Of Lloyd’s Of London

Lloyd’s of London has named Inga Beale as chief executive officer, the first female to serve in the role in the insurance market’s 325-year history. Beale, most recently CEO of insurer Canopius Group Ltd., succeeds Richard Ward, who said he would step down in July after almost eight years.
