Infosys GC Nithyanandan Radhakrishnan Resigns

Infosys senior vice president and general counsel Nithyanandan Radhakrishnan has resigned as of April 15, the company said in a regulatory filing to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Radhakrishnan makes the eleventh senior executive to leave Infosys since founder NR Narayana Murthy returned to the company in June last year. However, Radhakrishnan will be leaving to become an independent consultant, with Infosys as his first client.
