HSBC Holdings Names Co-General Counsels

HSBC Holdings announced it has named two general counsels, who will share responsibility for overseeing the company’s litigation and regulatory affairs group. Shawn Chen, formerly a partner at Cleary Gottlieb,and Guy Nielson, who joined HSBC in 2009 and was previously head of litgitation for Global Banking and Markets, and for Litigation and HR across all business lines in the United Kingdom.
