Hillary Clinton Sued For Racketeering Over Emails

Hillary Clinton’s failure to use an official government email to conduct business while serving as Secretary of State has given rise to a racketeering lawsuit filed by Freedom Watch. The civil lawsuit claims that Clinton used private emails to trade access to other officials for donations to the Clinton Foundation. Freedom Watchfounder Larry Klayman has filed dozens of lawsuits against former President Bill Clinton and his administration, The Hill reports. In the current suit, Bill, Hillary and the Clinton Foundation are all named defendants.
