Hertz Names Thomas J. Sabatino, Jr. As GC

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. announced that Thomas J. Sabatino, Jr. has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Sabatino joins Hertz from Walgreens Boots Alliance where he has served most recently as Executive Vice President, Global Legal and Chief Administrative Officer. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at United Airlines and Schering-Plough as well as General Counsel at Baxter International and American Medical International.
