Hertz Global Holdings CEO Mark P. Frissora Steps Down

Hertz Global Holdings chairman and chief executive, Mark P. Frissora, has stepped down for personal reasons, the company said. He will be succeeded as chief executive on an interim basis by Brian P. MacDonald, the head of Hertz Equipment Rental. And the lead independent director of the board, Linda Fayne Levinson, will take over as nonexecutive chairwoman.
