Happy New Year! The War Is Over!

A longtime Dallas-based cybersecurity advisor and litigator says we’ve turned the corner on prevention. His practice has been divided into helping clients understand their risk and managing it; leading companies through cyber incident response; and litigating cyber-related claims including business to business disputes concerning responsibility for incidents. The litigation and incident response functions have been most of his practice for twenty years but in the last quarter of 2017 that changed.
