Ginsburg’s Workout Now A Fitness Manual

A week after this Supreme Court session ends, “The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong … and You Can Too!” is scheduled for release. The book, authored by Ginsburg’s longtime trainer Bryant Johnson and illustrator Patrick Welsh, features drawings of Ginsburg exercising in judicial robes, purple leggings and sneakers. Ginsburg trains with Johnson twice a week for an hour. Her routine includes two sets of 10 push-ups – full ones. She started training with Johnson after her late husband told her she looked like a concentration camp survivor and needed to rebuild her strength.
