German Bans On Uber Overturned

A court in Frankfurt, Germany has reversed a temporary injunction that sought to prevent the car service Uber from doing business in the country. Despite the Aug. 25 temporary nationwide ban, the company had continued operating anyway, risking hefty fines. Uber did the same in Berlin, ignoring a temporary ban the city passed Aug. 14. Berlin also pulled back the ban, just four days after it passed.
