GCs Not Happy With Billing Rates

Sixty-one percent in a recent survey said they thought rates were too high. The same percentage said they use alternative fee arrangements, and 60 percent said they are planning to increase their use in the next 12 months. A separate survey looked at 2012 average billing rates for both associates and partners and came up with numbers some might find alarming.
