Magellan Petroleum Corporation announced that C. Mark Brannum as resigned as Vice President — General Counsel and Secretary in order to pursue another employment opportunity. The effective date of Mr. Brannum’s resignation will be August 15, 2014. As a result of his resignation, the company will restructure current management assignments.
