Gay Marriage’s Legal Architect Joins Dentons

After constructing the legal argument that secured same-sex marriage in all 50 states, gay rights advocate Evan Wolfson has decided to join global BigLaw firm Dentons. The firm said Wolfson will advise the firm internally on diversity initiatives and counsel Dentons clients on human rights issues. Wolfson, who graduated from Harvard Law in 1983, worked for 32 years to legalize gay marriage in the U.S. “I always believed we would win,” he said. “From the very first day.”
