Gary Anderson and Keith Billotti Promoted to Partner at Seward & Kissel LLP

Seward & Kissel LLP announced that Gerhard (Gary) Anderson and Keith Billotti have been promoted to partner, and David Johnson, Hoyoon Nam, and Andrew Robertson have been promoted to counsel. Additionally, David Johnson, a member of the Firm’s Global Bank and Institutional Finance Group, Hoyoon Nam, a member of the Firm’s Maritime and Transportation Finance Group, and Andrew Robertson, a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Securitization Group, have all been elevated from associate to counsel.
