Seyfarth Shaw LLP has announced the arrival of partner Gabriel Monzon-Cortarelli to the firm’s Corporate department in New York. Monzon-Cortarelli joins Seyfarth from Greenberg Traurig LLP where he was a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities practice and headed the firm’s Italian Desk. Monzon-Cortarelli’s practice is focused on corporate, corporate finance and commercial transactions involving public and privately held US, European and Latin America companies.
