Former Penn. GC James D. Schultz To Cozen O’Connor

James D. Schultz will return to Cozen O’Connor after serving three years as one of Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett’s top lawyers — the last two as Pennsylvania’s general counsel. In 2011, Schulz was named first executive deputy general counsel. Schultz spent five years at White & WIlliams (1999 to 2004), three years as a public policy aide in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and then three years as a litigator at Cozen O’Connor. He also spent six months working for the Bush-Cheney 2004 campaign.
