Former Guardian Industries Corp. GC David Jaffe Forms New Law Firm

David Jaffe, former vice president and general counsel at Guardian Industries Corp., announced today that he is starting a boutique law firm to serve as acting general counsel for companies without in-house representation. The new firm, Jaffe Counsel PLC, also expects to aid clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international expansion for U.S. and foreign businesses, compliance measures and other matters.
